My Tech Letter is a subscription-based, weekly email newsletter that presents noteworthy trends, events and women in technology to a broad constituency

Our newsletter is delivered every Wednesday and provides three distinct sections of content. The first section called the “Thought Piece” is a compelling and entertaining feature on technology. The second section called “Visual” presents striking graphics to explain current tech trends. The third section provides a short video to educate or entertain our readers on an important tech related issue.

Part of the My Tech Letter’s mission is to amplify the voices of women as both producers and consumers of technology. We have found that our greatest value is not writing new articles and features, but rather to find relevant content from the vast sources the Internet and to curate content for our readers. Most of us are too busy to spend hours searching and reading different content, so part of our service is to search and select items that we think would be enjoyable and important for our readers.

We are diligent to find content with a female bent, highlighting women authors, women in technology and discussions among women. The text and commentary that will appear before any article or video is our original content and point of view. We will provide a link to any
underlying source and provide appropriate credit and attribution.

Our sources for content are vast and include technology web sites and blogs, news and media sources, video and educational content, and open source outlets such as Wikipedia. In addition to curated content, some of the content in My Tech Letter will be created by our team. The team will use available platforms such as digital video to demonstrate how easy it is to take advantage of existing technology. We plan to ask our readers for regular feedback and suggestions for content topics.
